BHU CHS SET – 2017 Counselling Procedure –

Regarding Admission in Class IXth (9th) Central Hindu Girls School 2017 –

1. Admission will be done on Merit basis according to the availability of seats.
2. Admission Date – 24 June 2017
3. Counselling and Admission Time – 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
4. General candidates with 76 marks or above should be present with TC in Counselling Procedure and others with 71 to 75 marks be available with or without TC in the CHS School kamcha, varanasi
5. BHU Employee ward category students with 53 marks or above should be present with TC and others with 39 to 52 marks should be present without TC. (transfer certificate)

Documents Required for Admission in BHU CHS School :-

Checkout the below documents which are required to bring at the time counselling for admission in BHU CHS School for SET – 2017 for 6th, 9th and 11th class students:-

1. SET – 2017 Admit Card
2. SET – 2017 Registration Form
3. Class 5th, 8th and 10th Pass Result with photocopy
4. Birth Certificate by School (photocopy)
5. SC/ST/OBC and Physically challenged category Certificate as applicable (photocopy with originals)
6. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC ( not general)
7. LTC Employee certificate for BHU Employee Ward category
8. Fee – 4000/-
9. Fee has to be submitted on the same day if selected and got the admission successfully.
10. TC should be submitted within a week for waitlisted students but main list students should present the TC at the time of counselling.
11. If any candidate is absent in the counselling procedure his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Candidates who need Admission in Class 11th Paid Seat are required to 23rd June 2017 at 8:00 AM in above counselling venue and Submit a fee of RS. 5000/- and Rs 20000/- (additional paid Seat Fee), and it has to be paid at the time of admission on urgent basis. the admission will be done on 25th June 2017 on the basis of resolution merit basis only. candidates whi are interested should join now.
