Banaras Hindu University (BHU) already declared the result of CHS (Central Hindu School) SET 2019 Result officially (you can check from the link given below) and now the counselling procedure is going to start from 21st June 2019 to 27th June 2019. All the candidates who have checked the cutoff marks with main list & wait list students have to appear in BHU CHS School counselling procedure 2019-2020. Waiting List students can also join counselling but the admission is not guaranteed. Also, all other students should keep check this website for any new notification on counselling.

BHU CHS SET – 2019 Counselling Procedure & Counselling Schedule/Dates:-

Here are the complete Counselling Schedule Date and time with place for class 6th, 9th and 11th for both boy and girls. The counselling for Boys in class 6th, 9th and 11th will be conducted in Central Hindu Boys School, Kamcha, Varanasi and counselling for girls will be conducted at Central Hindu Girl School, Kamcha, Varanasi

BHU CHS SET – 2019 Counselling Procedure –

Regarding Admission in Class IXth (9th) Central Hindu Girls School 2019 –

1. Admission will be done on Merit basis according to the availability of seats.
2. Admission Date – 24 June 2019
3. Counselling and Admission Time – 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
4. General candidates with 70 marks or above should be present with TC in Counselling Procedure and others with less than 70 marks be available with or without TC in the CHS School kamcha, varanasi
5. BHU Employee ward category students with 38 marks or above should be present with TC and others with 39 to 52 marks should be present without TC. (transfer certificate)

Documents Required for Admission in BHU CHS School :-

Checkout the below documents which are required to bring at the time counselling for admission in BHU CHS School for SET – 2019 for 6th, 9th and 11th class students:-

1. SET – 2019 Admit Card
2. SET – 2019 Registration Form
3. Recent Passport Size Photo – 4 copies
4. Class 5th, 8th and 10th Pass Result with photocopy
5. Birth Certificate by School (photocopy)
6. Character Certificate from last school
7. SC/ST/OBC and Physically challenged category Certificate as applicable (photocopy with originals)
8. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC ( not general)
9. LTC Employee certificate for BHU Employee Ward category
10. Fee – Rs 5000/- (Rs 4500 in case of girls)
11. Fee has to be submitted on the same day if selected and got the admission successfully.
12. TC should be submitted within a week for waitlisted students but main list students should present the TC at the time of counselling.
13. If any candidate is absent in the counselling procedure his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Regarding Admission in Class XIth Paid Seat Central Hindu School 2019 –

Candidates who need Admission in Class 11th Paid Seat are required to appear on 27th June 2019 at 8:00 AM in above counselling venue and Submit a fee of RS. 5000/- and Rs 20000/- (additional paid Seat Fee), and it has to be paid at the time of admission on urgent basis. the admission will be done on 27th June 2019 on the basis of resolution merit basis only. candidates who are interested should join now.

NOTE: Please make sure your availability at the time of counselling as students will be called one by one on merit basis, So make sure you are available and listen to the authorities. If you are absent or missed your chance your seat will be lapsed and will be given to another student. This is for all main list as well as waiting list students
