BHU CHS SET Seat Distribution / Availability for Class 6th, 9th & 11th 2016-17

Banaras Hindu University Central Hindu School is conducting School Entrance Test (SET) 2016-17. The number of seats available for admission in CHS for Class 6th, 9th and 11th (Maths, Biology, Commerce and Arts stream) is now officially announced. The Online Application Form is exclusively available on BHU CHS official website www.bhuonline.in For BHU CHS SET 2016 -17 admission the online application form is available from 15th March 2016 and the last date to fill the BHU CHS online application form is 14th April 2016. bhuonline.in is official website for any notification and information for CHS.

The Minimum number of seats available at BHU Central Hindu School (CHS) for Class 6th, 9th and 11th (Maths, Biology, Commerce and Arts stream) are as follows:-

Central Hindu Boys’ School (CHBS) No. of Seats availability :

• VI – 135 seats
• IX – 100 seats
• XI Maths – 38+50* seats
• XI Biology – 25 seats
• XI Commerce – 14 seats
• XI Arts – 14 seats

 

Central Hindu Girls’ School (CHGS) No. of Seats availability :

• VIth – 70 seats
• IXth – 15 seats
• XIth Maths – 17 seats
• XIth Biology – 16 seats
• XIth Commerce – 25 seats
• XIth Arts – 10 seats

Note for Class XIth: 25% of seats in each stream in class XI in the Central Hindu Boys’ School are reserved for candidates who compete through the School Entrance Test. In addition to the 25% seats in each stream in class XI in CHBS, 50* seats are reserved for Maths group only for external candidates except BHU category through SET. In Central Hindu Girls’ School 17 seats in Maths, 16 seats in Biology, 25 seats in Commerce and 10 seats in arts are reserved in class XI for candidates who compete through the School Entrance Test. However possibility of number of seats for external candidates in both the schools in addition to the above may increase depending upon the availability of seats after the admission of internal candidates.
