Uttar Pradesh (U.P) Government of State Council for Education Research and Training (SCERT) Uttar Pradesh has Released Basic Training Certificates (BTC) List of District Wise Vacant Seats 2015 for BTC 2013 Admission. The SCERT & Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board Released District Wise List of remaining Seat After Admission in BTC 2013. So, There are Still Many Seats are vacant After the Admission in BTC 2013. The Circular & Press Released By UP Education Board recently July 2015.
