India’s largest e-commerce company Flipkart announced all new management structure this morning. The Online E-Commerce largest market place Flipkart appoints a new CEO Binny Bansal who was earlier the Co-Founder of Flipkart. Sachin Bansal who was the CEO & Co-Founder will be now Executive Chairman of Flipkart. Sachin Bansal will act as a Executive Chairman who will work as a leadership of the company and bring investment opportunities at Flipkart. while the Binny Bansal takes on the role of CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and drive the company forward.
In a Company Statement Sachin Bansal, Co-founder and Executive Chairman, Flipkart said, “E-commerce in India is going through its most exciting phase and Flipkart has played a pioneering role in shaping this very remarkable journey. We believe that Flipkart can play a transformational role in improving commerce in India and improve the quality of lives of millions of people across the farthest corners of the country. In this next phase of the journey, it will be our endeavour to fulfil this responsibility and prove that India can produce a world class internet company that can outshine any global behemoth.
