Lenovo starts manufacturing smartphones in India

Another Great news for Make In India after Xiaomi MI Now, China’s another company “Lenovo’ starts manufacturing smartphones in India. This Tuesday Lenovo Said that it has started making smartphones in India through contract manufacturer Flexotronics. Lenovo started this to cut price of its smartphones to be first in the Competition of Smartphones in India. Flextronics International Ltd. is an international supply chain solutions company that offers design, manufacturing, distribution and aftermarket services to original equipment manufacturers.

lenovo has made a Contract deal with Flexotronics to manufacture its Smartphones in chennai, india just like Xiaomi is making Smartphones in Vishakhapatnam with foxconn. The Flexotronics sriperumbudar unit near chennai has already started rolling out Lenovo’s two Moto  E Smartphones of 4G LTE variants & it will start making new 4G device Lenovo K3 Note very soon.

This is a good news for all of us as it will make employment & growth of India as well. it looks like Narendra Modi Make In India Campaign is Working.
