Important Notice & Good News for B.Tech 2nd & 3rd year Students as Uttar Pradesh technical University (UPTU) Finally Confirms the Special Carry Over Exam for 2nd & 3rd Year Students. UPTU Officials, VC, Registrar & R.K. Khandal Said that : After the Protest of the Students, we have finally decided to conduct a Special Carry Over for 2nd & 3rd Year Students also along with 1st year & Final year students. The Academic council & Officials has given clearance & sanction the Special Carry Over Exam for 2nd year & 3rd year in a Recent Meeting of UPTU. As By giving the Exams of Special Carry Over 2nd & 3rd Year students will get chance to clear their Subjects in which they have Back or Carry Over.
Let me tell you all that Past 29 July Students of UPTU Basically from the colleges of Noida & Gr. Noida Students with ABVP Students were Protesting in front of UPTU Office in Noida Sec.-62. to conduct special Carry Over Exams for 2nd & 3rd year Students. The Students were Protesting for 3 days in front of UPTU Office for the same. They said that Before when MTU was not merged with UPTU, MTU conducts special carry over Exam for 1st,2nd,3rd & 4th year but this year UPTU is giving chance & conducting carry Over Paper only for 1st year & final year they want that all PCP & Fail students of 2nd & 3rd year of B.tech should also get a Chance to clear their Subjects. And, Finally The University Accept the demand & going to conduct Exam for them in August. The University is soon Going to release Circular for the same on or after 5th August 2014.The Carry Over Exam Schedule/Datesheet will be available soon, After 12th August 2014.
On 28,29 July 2014 Recently Students were Protesting for Special Carry Over Exam in August in front of UPTU Office They were making voice for their demands, after that some of the students were given permission to enter in university & Talk to the UPTU officials but after the meeting with the students the students were not satisfied & they continued their Protest After an hour Police has to interfere in the matter to stop students from protesting.

Please Note only PCP, Fail & INC students will be eligible for the Special carry Over Exams which is to be held in august. So, start Preparing for Exams. Yes, Both GBTU & MTU students are eligible for the exam.

Sir the date extended from 5 august till now circular has not been released. Is carry over going to be held for 2 yr or not.

Yes, Check Out the latest Circular you can give 3rd/5th sem Back Paper as well.
Hii , well... I have seen latest circular , however collage is not allowing us to fill the form for gbtu students.. , as in circular only uptu and mtu 2011,2012,2013 batch are mentioned what will happen will uptu conduct the exam for gbtu students or we can assume that there is some error in the circular that will rectify soon plzz reply thank you
