Capgemini to Acquire Syniti, Enhancing Global Data Management and SAP Transformation Solutions

Paris, August 27, 2024 – Capgemini has officially signed an agreement to acquire Syniti, a renowned leader in enterprise data management software and services. This strategic acquisition is set to bolster Capgemini’s data-driven solutions, particularly in large-scale SAP transformations, including the migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Syniti: A Pioneer in Digital Data Transformation

Syniti, headquartered in the United States, has been a driving force in digital transformation for over 15 years. With a team of more than 1,200 data experts, Syniti specializes in complex data quality management, data migration, and data governance for some of the world’s largest corporations.
