Facebook acquired WhatsApp for $19 Billion which is now $21.8 Billion if the stock and shares are concerned. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg Posted a status on his Facebook account announcing that “One billion people now use WhatsApp. Congrats to Jan, Brian and everyone who helped reach this milestone” Whatsapp doubled since joining Facebook after it was acquired.
