Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Railway announced the New Revised Rule in Tatkal Ticket Timing. In the IRCTC Rule The Tatkal Ticket Timing has Changed from today that is with effect from 15th June 201, Monday. The New Timing and Schedule of Tatkal ticket is as follows.
A Senior official of Railway said that “It has been decided that from June 15, timings for booking of Tatkal tickets will be staggered for AC and non-AC classes to 10 am onwards and 11 am onwards respectively”. According to The Hindu.
IRCTC also giving a 50% Refund against cancellation of the Tatkal Tickets which will be applicable with effect from 1st July 2015, Wednesday. This is a good news for all of us, One more good news is that recently IRCTC the railway officials announced that now you can upgrade your waiting ticket to Plane ticket & book a flight if your ticket is not confirmed and is in waiting list. A Email will be sent to you regarding the same if you want to upgrade your ticket to Flight. As recently IRCTC made a tie up with go airways for flight booking.
