UPSEE-2015: Official Circular for Kashmiri Migrants & NRI Quota Shortlisted Students

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination counselling Schedule & counselling Procedure is started today on 16th June 2015 & UPTU released a list of shortlisted students of kashmiri Migrants & NRI quota with their complete counselling schedule & document verification  for the courses of B.Tech./ B.Pharma / B.Arch./B.HMCT/B.FAD/ B.F.A. and admission to affiliated colleges of UPTU.

UPSEE-2015 Counselling Schedule for Kashmiri Migrants Shortlisted Students.

• Date & Time of Reporting – 19th June 2015 ( 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon)
• Date & Time of Counselling – 19th June 2015 (2:00PM to 5:00 PM)
• Venue of Counselling – Uttar Pradesh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus,     Sitapur Road, Lucknow  â€  226021

Documents Required for UPSEE-2015 Counselling:-

All the Shortlisted Kashmiri Migrant candidates are required  to report as per the above schedule along with the following original certificates / documents (with one photocopy of each ), failing which you will not be permitted to participate    the counseling.

• Original Mark sheet of (10+2 ) or equivalent examination.
• Original certificate of High School (10th class) for proof of age.
• The proof/ certificate in original, to establish identify of being ward of Kashmiri Migrant.
• Three recent passport size photographs.
• You are also required to bring two separate account payee bank draft of   Rs. 1000 and Rs. 5000 towards the counselling fee (non‐refundable)    and advance fee respectively, each in favour of    “Finance Officer, U.P. Technical University, Lucknow” payable at Lucknow. You may note that CASH payment will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

• Date & Time of Reporting – 18th June 2015 ( 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon)
• Date & Time of Counselling – 18th June 2015 (3:00PM to 5:00 PM)
• Venue of Counselling – Uttar Pradesh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus,     Sitapur Road, Lucknow  â€  226021

Documents Required for UPSEE-2015 Counselling:-

All the Shortlisted Kashmiri Migrant candidates are required  to report as per the above schedule along with the following original certificates / documents (with one photocopy of each ), failing which you will not be permitted to participate    the counseling.

• Original Mark sheet of (10+2 ) or equivalent examination.
• Original certificate of High School (10th class) for proof of age.
• Original certificate from Indian Diplomatic mission or High Commission
• Three recent passport size photographs.
• A Letter from NRI for sponsorship of candidate
• Certificate of Showing real brother/sister under NRI Quota
• You are also required to bring two separate account payee bank draft of   Rs. 1000 and Rs. 5000 towards the counselling fee (non‐refundable)    and advance fee respectively, each in favour of    “Finance Officer, U.P. Technical University, Lucknow” payable at Lucknow. You may note that CASH payment will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
• For NRI Candidate UPTU Tuition Fee is $7000 only. (i.e Rs 420000) per year.
