Good News: UPTU Special Carry Over Exam for Final Year Student in Sep 2015

This is a very interesting & good news for all final year engineering student of UPTU. The Good News is that Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) is going to Conduct a Special Carry Over Exam for Final Year Students of Engineering (B.Tech) & Other Courses. All The 4th Year Students who are having CP Status in their Result are eligible to participate in the Special Carry Over Exam which is going to be conducted in September 2015.

UPTU Released a circular in this regard on their Official website www.uptu.ac.in, UPTU announced that a Special Carryover examinations as per decision of academic council dated 13/7/15. UPTU academic council meeting was held at UPTU on 13th July 2015 in which a fair decision was taken in the favor of UPTU Students that a Special Carry Over Exam will be conducted for Final Year students to be held in 1st week of September 2015. Only CP Status Students are allowed & eligible for the Special Carry Over Exam. Final year students having FAIL status are not eligible for the UPTU Special Carry Over Exam 2015.

Date of Exam:- 1st Week of September 2015

Last Date to Apply:- 10th August 2015

All the Final year students are required to visit their respective affiliated colleges of UPTU and contact their Registrar regarding the Special carry Over Exam and fill the Carry Over Form. The Cost of Carry Over Form per Subject is Rs 750/- Only. Earlier this final year special carry over is also known as mercy paper. UPTU has given strict instructions to colleges to give all the details of all the Carry Over form through college Login, the last date to apply for Special carry Over Exam is 10th August 2015, whereas with all Hard copy and Fee should be submitted at University premises till 13th august 2015. The Schedule Datesheet of Special carry Over Exam will be available Shortly in 2nd week of August 2015.

Engineers Corner is here to inform you that last year UPTU released a Notice that they will not conduct Special Carry Over Exam in Future for 2nd & 3rd year students with PCP & FAIL status. Last year the special carry over for 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year was held due to Strike & pressure on UPTU.   4. I was having 2 backs in my 2nd year and i filled the carry over and i was absent..sum of around 10 numbers were less..
    In my final year result i got PWG in second and the carry over results are yet not announced..
    What to do should i fill 2nd year in special or will i get a new updated marksheet with PWG..

  5. uptu officials should think in favor of students that it can cause a future threat to students….and it is our right and strike should b done to make u realize to not to play with the students life….u should give a chance to score and then u decide what to give….

    i m very curious to know that special carry over exams will be held or not for second yr students…
    if not held ….
    than sir plss try conduct special carry over exams….
    its about not my future…
    its about whole uptu students future….
    if these are not conducted …
    than many of them try to suicide bcs they r not eligible to do same yr again..

Class rum se bahar ane k bad sbhi log us faculty se baat krne lge.Ldko ne abuse kiya usme m tha. Den suddenly we chked dat jo result hmara pehle show ho rha tha wo ab show ni ho rha h.M aur preshan ho gya. Abhi recently 4 sem k result aya tha but mera aur Jiske sath ye incident hua hm dono k result show ni hua.M bht zyada upset ho gya.Kal on 25 July 15 ko lucknow m UPTU abmistration block phncha aur mne apni prblm btai.Meri 3 sem ki wo answer sheet dikhayi gyi jiska exm us din tha Jis din ye incident hua. M really shocked us answer sheet h us college ne usme ek long note likha jisme ye likha gya aur blame lgaya ki mne ladies faculty k sath misbehave kiya, Jan se mrne k dhamki Di aur abuse kiya. Jbki m us class m tha hi ni jisme ladies faculty thi aur Jis class m ye incident hua. Mjhe rona aa Gya.Mne UPTU office m sb Sach btaya pr unhone kuch ni suna, sb yhi kehte rhe uske pas jao,iske pas jao.Jb mne pucha ki sir ab kya hoga unhone bola ki YB lgegi ab. Agr aisa hua to I decided I attempted suicide.Mne koi cheating ni ki aur na hi mri koi galti, m us class m bi ni tha jisme mere se faculty k argument hui thi. it’s a very unfair decisions agr sbhi subject m meri back lgadi bcoz starting m 3 sem k result mne apna dkha jisme mere 4 subject clear the. Mera aur mere frnd k result UFM m dal diya h jiska result abhi aya ni h.M only waiting for dat. Agr mere result k 3 sem m sbhi subject jisme m pass tha agr jbrdsti meri back lgadi aur meri YB lgadi to I no more live further. I had decided to attempt suicide.M sirf result k wait kr rha hn bas.   34. students will understand your problem amit but uptu wont…….student giving exam and expecting 80 number…50 number…but getting single digit……how it is possible….i dont know why they are playing with the future of students….so many students trying to suicide which is not right…. uptu says do hard and hard work…but then also they are not happy at all…..sir paying fees….studying hard…..devoting time……is very difficult…..but then also parents are paying for the the future of their children so why you are spoiling this…..you are also having children and you are also doing the same for them….sir just think if at any point your son or daughter commit suicide what you will do???????? so please sir conduct special exams for all students for all status!!!!!!!!pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    with respectfully I beg to say that last date of special form shows 10 August 2015 and my institute tell me that last date is 31 July 2015. So I am unable to my carry form with in 4 days kya sidhe university me exam fee summit krke form fill kr skta hu after 5 July and before 10 July 2015. kindly inform me pls

    • bhaiyon kal students ne uptu ke noida aur Lucknow campus me ghus kr pradarshan kiya tha aur chakka jam kiya tha.uptu ko hmne apni mangon ko lekal uptu ke VC ko gyapan saupa hain jis PR hme written me reply mila hai ki uptu apni is bat PR vichar kregi aur students ko 5 August tak wait krne aur 5 August ko university ane ko kaha gya hai.ap sabhi log sari updates ke liye fb pe uptu Union page ko like krein aur mere whattsapp number 9580057753 PR apna no send krein .hm apko uptu ki strike sambandhi group me add kreinge and then stay connected for updates .

    In my final yr result (2015 ) fr one paper zero mark is shown … And in result CP is mentioned… I m sure i cant have a back in that paper plus there must be some marks given not zero…i hv contacted in college they r nt clarifying anything.. is anybody facing same issue ???

          Thanks for bringing this to our notice. We tried to connect with UPTU/AKTU officials regarding this but they did not replied.
          Can you send the same thing to the UPTU official email id and also try to call them on the phone number listed on UPTU/AKTU website to get the result information.
          We hope they may respond you.

          • sir i have send mail many times but no reply and no aj tak ni utha some days before there was a link which is still on site as regarding statement of special carry over of marks on their site in carry over section its also not working from last hree months sir i request you plz promote this query o ur blog so that all students facing this problem can come together

            This is very disappointing and sad to hear. University never listen to students. Try to bring all your friends to comment here and start discussing what we at Engineers Corner can do for you. Give us suggestions so that your voice can reach to UPTU officials.
            Also, i would also recommend that you can try to message on Vinay Pathak Facebook Page regarding the carry Over result issue.

  109. Hi Mayank Gupta,Uptu has made a new portal for carry over 2015-16.But it is not showing the result of special carry over which I had given in December.If by tonight the result is not shown,then we need to do something.
