Uttar Pradesh technical University (UPTU) officially released the Academic calendar for the session 2015-16. UPTU released a circular regarding this on their official website. This year the Academic Session for the year 2015-16 is Going to start from 31st July 2015. UPTU released Academic Calendar for B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Arch, BHMCT, B.FAD, MBA, MCA, BFA & M.Tech, M.Pharma, M.Arch Courses for the Academic Session 2015-16.

- commencement of classes 2016-17 for 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th & 9th Semester is from 28th July 2016
As per the University rules a Students have to maintain a 70% minimum attendance to appear in end semester examinations.
