BHU SET 2019 Exam CHS School Admission documents required at the time of counselling is given below. All The candidates who have qualified the exam is requested to carry the below documents in counselling for admission in Class VI, IX, XI-ARTS & Commerce, XI-BIO, XI-MATH Central Hindu School (CHS) for both boys and girls.

All the CHS SET Class 6th, Class 9th & Class 11th students should bring the following below documents with them at the time of BHU SET 2019 Counselling.

Checkout the below documents which are required to bring at the time counselling for admission in BHU CHS School for SET – 2019 for 6th, 9th and 11th class students:-

  1. SET – 2019 Admit Card
  2. SET – 2019 Registration Form
  3. Recent Passport Size Photos – 4 copies
  4. Class 5th, 8th and 10th Pass Result with photocopy
  5. Birth Certificate by School (photocopy)
  6. Character Certificate (Photocopy)
  7. Migration Certificate in case you are from other board.
  8. SC/ST/OBC and Physically challenged category Certificate as applicable (photocopy with originals)
  9. Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC ( not general)
  10. LTC Employee certificate for BHU Employee Ward category
  11. Fee – Rs 5000/-
  12. Fee has to be submitted on the same day if selected and got the admission successfully.
  13. TC should be submitted within a week for waitlisted students but main list students should present the TC at the time of counselling.
  14. If any candidate is absent in the counselling procedure his/her candidature will be cancelled.

    • Han dusre board ke students se migration certificate mangte hai, Abhi Counselling schedule aane wala hai tab tak wait kriye officially pata chal jaega.
      Migration certificate is necessary for admission in BHU CHS School in case of other board as per previous BHU notice/circulars

    Hm OBC category se belong krte h, Meri sister ne 49 question ka sahi answer diya h, Lekin final result me sirf 41 marks hi Mila h, Hm UPSC aspirant h Hmne b milaya h aur hm b sure h ki mark glt diya gya h school administration K trf se, Aur hmari Bahn b sure h ki OMR sheet b usne glt nhi bhra h, to kaise school administration ko approach kiya jaye?
    Hmari Ek sister is year 12th pass out hue h to uske class teacher se bat hua to Vo boli h ki Aplog school K principal se Miliye.
    Agr apke pas Koi suggestion Ho iske smbndh me to plzz share kriye.

      Date to raise objection is already over now. Aapko ye pehle hi kar lena chaiye tha…objection ab nhi kar sakte, par aap ek kaam kariye BHU ko email, call or letter likhiye is sandarbh me or ho sake to BHU CHS authority se ja kar mil lijiye.

    I got 69 marks in class 9 (69 is cut off) for general….I am general category

    Please let me know the list of required documents at the counselling time.

    Is it necessary to produce the T. C. at counselling time as it will be difficult to get this within such less time
