This year the National Testing Agency NTA announced that a new subjects are being added to the CUET 2024 exams and will continue to do so in coming years, The national testing agency (NTA) has added fashion studies and tourism subjects for test papers in CUET (UG) exams as per the directions from the UGC and CBSE to promote and encourage the skilled students in different areas. This is a great step in education world for more diverse subjects are stream to choose for.
NTA in a press release stated that in continuation to the Public Notice dated 27 February 2024 regarding the conduct of the Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) – 2024], the following two subjects/Test Paper are being added to the CUET (UG) – 2024 in pursuance to the direction of UGC and CBSE to promote skill subjects in true spirit in line of NEP recommendations

Candidates and other stakeholders are advised to take note of the above and act accordingly.
Note: The candidates may note that those who have already submitted their online application form for CUET (UG) – 2024 may also add these subjects during the correction period. However, the candidate for selecting more subjects will pay an additional fee (if applicable).
