We often hear that Many of Students who are moving into the Colleges for their Higher Education, they take wrong decision in choosing their college/University without knowing that the college is whether AICTE or UGC approved or not? Many Institutes of India are Still Black Listed by AICTE & UGC. And they give fake Degrees to the Students as the unapproved degree is useless. At the Time of Job Opportunity they came to know that the Degree is just a waste & Their Career is wasted.

  1. sir as in the given list Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Hardwar, Uttarakhand is a blacklisted college ……then why it is considered as a college which comes in the counselling under CSAB ……it should be removed from jee mains counselling ……

    • Dear Devesh,
      The College Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Hardwar, Uttarakhand is Blacklisted. But there may be two reasons in which the college is listed in CSAB counselling of JEE Main as you mentioned.
      1)May be the College has not submitted the report of being Blacklisted to the Authority or the counselling Board.

      2) Another Reason is Sometime the colleges are Blacklisted for a short time as they give Money to the approving Authority, AICTE, UGC to get the approval back again. For this you need to contact the Director of the college & get official notice in written.

      We would suggest you to please think twice, thrice before you choose a college. This is now a business, always try to get admission in AICTE approved colleges rather than UGC recognized.

        Please let me know that Bharath university in chennai is accreditation university or not? Is the degree from this university is genuine or not? Is the degree from this university is applicable for any job & useful for any further studies in abroad( any country)or not?

          Bharath University is a UGC recognized university not AICTE approved. and yes, the degree is authorised for any job or further studies. For more details please contact the college/university authorities for any clarification and recent updates.

    my self saurabh , i want to take an admission in emperial institute of management science & research new delhi.
    i am so confused to take decision about to take admission or not. some people said that this is fake university and some people said it is only approved in delhi so please tell me the truth of this institution , so that i finalize my decision .

      If your college is Listed in the above Given list then, your college is definitely Blacklisted, But before that let me tell you that the above list is of the year 2014 & now may be Shobhit University is approved in 2015 money it is possible by giving some amount of money & completing the Procedure to get the approval.       • Shobhit University meerut is not blacklisted. Please don’t get confused. There are two campuses of shobhit University. One is meerut which is deemed set up in 2006 and other is in Saharanpur is state private university set up in 2012.
        UGC list of pending inspection shows for shobhit University Saharanpur campus under private university which is not Shobhit University meerut. Meerut one is best in India. It was inspected by NAAC on recommendation of Supreme Court and HRD and UGC in 2015 Nov and rated B as good university. You may verify from NAAC site and check for colleges in UP. Inspection was done for all 44 deemed universities which Were questioned by tandon committe in 2010. Only 7 university are unfit as per latest update. Shobhit University meerut is free from all questions now

      Lingayas University is Blacklisted College in the year 2014, But if you have asked your college authority about the same then may be they may have got the approval this year by UGC!!!

    Sohbit University distance learning MEERUT has approval of UGC or not??

    I was enrolled in 2013-14 batch for BA programme.

    • Yes only after 2014 distance education approval was withheld temporarily. so if you took admission in 2013 , it is fine. they have raised request for continuation to UGC DEC and should get approved soon. It is pending with UGC DEC.
