UPSEE-2015: List of Documents Required for Counselling @upsee.nic.in

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE- 2015) Counselling Procedure is started for Admission to   B.Tech, B.Arch,B.FAD,BFA,B.Pharma, M.Tech,MBA,MCA courses of UPTU. At the time of UPSEE Counselling Candidates are worried which Documents to carry & which documents to submit at verification centre and counselling centre at the time of UPSEE-2015 Counselling and Choice Locking. Below is the List of Documents Required for UPSEE -2015 Counselling

Documents required for verification at any one of the verification centers ( List of verification Centres is available on University website www.upsee.nic.in)

• Candidate should report to the center with the following documents in original & their photocopies:
• Admit Card
• Marks sheet of qualifying exam and High School certificate
• Following certificates on format given in the brochure of UPSEE-2015:
• Undertaking of medical fitness
• As per eligibility, category certificate issued by designated authority on prescribed format only for: SC/ST/OBC, Physically handicapped (UPHC), Armed forces (UPAF), Freedom fighters (UPFF), Rural Weightage, Income certificate (economically weaker only), Certificate for your claim under GDDA category (h) Domicile certificate
• if required – Character certificate #OBC Certificate to be issued on or after 1st April, 2015
• USPEE 2015 candidates have to Deposit an account payee bank draft of Rs. 500.00 as counseling fee (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, UPTU, Lucknow payable at Lucknow

Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Counselling for Verification:  

1.UPSEE 2015 Admit Card
2.UPSEE 2015 Counseling letter ( For UPSEE rank holders)
3.The UPSEE 2015 Online Registration slip (required only for JEE Main candidates )
4.Class XII/HSC Certificate
5.Class XII Marks sheet
6.Character certificate
7.Certificate of Medical Fitness / Undertaking of Medical Fitness

Other Documents required (only if applicable and as per format in brochure)
1.Domicile certificate, if applicable.
2.Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST, if applicable
3.Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/Physically handicapped as applicable
4.Rural Weightage certificate, if applicable
5.GDDA category certificate, if applicable
6.For economically weak candidates: the Income certificate

NOTE: Please Make Sure you Do Not Submit Original Documents. As Your Institute may ask for Original Documents but not at the counselling or verification centers.

An IMPORTANT NOTE by Engineers Corner for UPSEE – 2015 Counselling.

-> Please make Sure you are having a 3- Set of Photocopies of all the above documents. Otherwise you will face many Problem for having Photocopies & also a waste of time. You must also have your own Passport Size & Stamp Size Photographs.

-> Demamd Draft (DD) must be made in favour of “Finance Officer, UPTU, Lucknow” Payble at the city in which you are giving Counselling. Payable will be the city where you are giving Counselling.

-> Make your Own list of Best Colleges as per your Ranking & Lock that Colleges Preference wise at the time of Choice Locking. A Filling of seats at all institutes are shown on Projector at Seminar Hall of Counselling Centers which will inform you about the filling of seats LIVE.
