Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE- 2019) Counselling Procedure is started for Admission to   B.Tech, B.Arch,B.FAD,BFA, BHMCT, B.Pharma, M.Tech,MBA,MCA courses of UPTU/AKTU. At the time of UPSEE Counselling Candidates are worried which Documents to carry and which documents to submit at verification centre and counselling centre at the time of UPSEE-2019 Counselling,Choice Locking and Seat Allotment. Below is the List of Documents Required for UPSEE -2019 Counselling

UPSEE 2019 documents verification is to be done online and has to be submitted online at upsee.nic.in before counselling. The UPSEE 2019 documents verification and upload of documents date is extended to 15th june 2017 and verification will be done on 27th June 2017.

Documents Required for UPSEE 2019 Counselling:-

• UPSEE 2019 Admit Card
• UPSEE 2019 Counseling letter ( For UPSEE rank holders)
• The UPSEE 2019 Online Registration slip (required only for JEE Main candidates )
• Class 10th/HSC Certificate
• Class 12th Marks sheet
• Character certificate
• Certificate of Medical Fitness / Undertaking of Medical Fitness

UPSEE 2019-20 Other Documents required (only if applicable and as per format in brochure)

• Domicile certificate, if applicable.
• Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST, if applicable
• Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/Physically handicapped as applicable
• Rural Weightage certificate, if applicable
• GDDA category certificate, if applicable
• For economically weak candidates: the Income certificate
