i have done in good in my exam but still I got compartment in accountancy that was unexpected for me or I should say it was a heart break even one of my friend who is one never score less marks he failed in 3 subjects we are very disappointed by marks that we have in our hands i don’t understand which way cbse has checked are papers? who is responsible we as a students or you as a checkers?

I have given compartment exam in july 2016 but again it shows compartment. If i fill rechecking form then my next chance of compartment is cancelled. And sir if i give exam again in 2017 march then i have to prepare only for maths or all subjects. And sir the marksheet will come next after clearing the compartment exam which year marksheet it will 2015-2016 or 2016-2017.
