CBSE to conduct Class 10th and 12th Exams from 1st July-15th July 2020


CBSE officially announced that the Class 10th and Class 12th exams will be conducted on 1st July 2020 to 15th July 2020. The HRD Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank also announced this in a press interview and took this to inform on twitter as well.

The rest of the CBSE exams which was scheduled in March – April 2020 was postponed due to coronavirus outbreak and then lockdown happened after that students were wondering weather the remaining examination will be conductd or not and what will be the exam date. CBSE announced that in July 2020 the board will release the complete datesheet for class 10th and 12th exam.

The CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi said in press release that “CBSE will hold remaining class X and XII exams between 1-15th July 2020. The information regarding details of subjects for which exams will be held is given in press release dated 1.4.2020 issued by the CBSE. Date sheet for the rescheduled board’s examinations shall be communicated by the board through its website and press release soon.”

It is informed that the Board was not able to conduct exams on 8 examination days due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. So Only North East Delhhi students will appear for Class 10th exams whereas for class 12 only subjects Business Studies,Geography,Hindi (Elective),Hindi (Core),Home Science,Sociology,Computer Science for across India.
